insert question

Hi!

Is there a way to insert a row in the middle of a table, without overwriting what's already there, and to have all other rows below the inserted one be pushed down one? Seems like I'd have to insert an empty row at the very end before I do this. Any advice is appreciated.

There is no middle of a table so your question is misconceived.

Records in a table is only identified by the values in the columns, nothing else.
