Finding missing numbers

Hello,

I have a list of numbers. Below is the list:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16

I need to find out which numbers are missing from this row. Like 6, 7, 10, 14

I have tried all sorts of things, and this is my last resort.
