Decoding the POP3

I am so new to this and don't have a clue. I have looked thru alot of articles and am not sure I'd do it right. If I have all of the lines (internet details) for the email message, where or how do you determine the POP3, server, host, etc.

And what are you trying to identify? The source? The POP account it was delivered to?
