redirection problem

Dear group members

I m new in php, this is my first project in php 4, i have a big problem thats y i m too much disturb,my problem is when ever i use header("Location:filename.php"); always popups an error on every page where i used this redirection header the error is:

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at F:\backupPHP\salman\shiftclass.php:6) in F:\backupPHP\salman\search_form.php on line 37

please tell me how i can use this redirection header,i have tried every technique
i have written every thing in php code i mean even all html in php delimaters but every thing is envain.
Please tell me solution.

I will use javascript to do the redirection. I perfer embed php script, java script and html tags in my php page.

When you use the header command you must make sure that this is the first thing you send to the header.

Your error msg comes because you have already sent something to the header earlier.
