Rock solid Voting system, how ?!

Hi there,

I have built a little stupid voting system using cookies and IP check.

Unfortunally I see that somebody is still able to bypass my checks and put unwanted votes.

Anybody there cuold help by tell me which are the best techniques and suggestions to have may vote rules respected ?

Some one that has a dynamic IP can beat the IP blocker, and well if they delete the cookie you set on there computer then they beat that. You might want to try doing user sessions but might be to much work.

I already have sessions enabled, but they can close browser window and open a new one, change their ip and delete their cookie and they can vote again :-(

So, is there any possible solution ?

Do you know if it is possible to change IP address "on the fly" without making a new Internet connection ?
