Help with problem poster

Hello,
I have a problem with my message boards program. It has all the blocking in place (IP,Name, email, etc), however I have a user that has gotten around this by using an AOL proxy (ie spider-th053.proxy.aol.com), this person if profane and rude. However I cannot block the IP since almost all the AOL users have this (proxy.aol.com IP coming through).

I'm looking for a way to pull in other information from the server when they post it, so I could possibly identify this trouble maker.

What information can I get via the client and log when a post is made?

I've also gotten no repsonse from AOL, if someone can direct me on how to contact them correctly so they can assist I would appreciate it greatly.

PS.. Is pulling the registered email addresse possible? I've seen this done on sites where a user clicks on a button and there email addresse is added to a list automaticly. How is this done and is this a possibility?
