Exact preg_match?

How do you do a preg_match that matches a word exact?

Example: "Rillo"

and then not find: riLlo, ytrillo etc?

In this case you want to match case-sensitive & begin+end of word (word boundary)
So the search pattern should be:

\"/\bRillo\b/\"
