Script error

Hello.
I have a small website which is a webhosting company, I have a script error :
Fatal error: Failed opening required '../admin/mysql.include'
(include_path='') in
/usr/home/w/a/warpnine/public_html/activateaccount/setup.php on line 7

I would love to get this sorted out but Know nothing about PHP or MySql....
Would anyone be interested in helping me sort this out?

Let me get this straight - you have a webhosting company yet know nothing of this? is this your script? what is it for? sis you write it, etc?

Looks like your mysql.include file cannot be found by the PHP parser (seems that there is no include directory). You need to make sure that you have an include directory setup for your PHP installation (it's in the php.ini file).

Did you install PHP or did someone else?

Thanks for the help.
I had the site built for me, I know nothing about PHP or Mysql.
It's for ordering online and domain searches (please forgive my ignorance) the person who built the site for me is not about anymore.
Please take a quick look at the site www.warp9webhosting.co.uk
The site is mainly for friends and business associates websites.
I would be willing to pay for the alterations!
Everything was installed for me....
