insert asset to image

I have a collection of JPEG files need to insert asset such as Copyright details into each image. Is/are there the way to do that in one go.

Sure, use the GD libraries. You'll have to play around with them to get everything just right, but just open your pic directory, iterate through the pictures, and print a copyright string on each one, then write it back to disk. Check out the image functions in the PHP manual.
