Sorting existing list page (form prob)

Hopefully the day crew will see this...

Ok, so I made a form that queries the db and is outputted in a list. On that list page I made a little form that allows you to sort the list by certain fields and whether it's Ascending or Descending.

My form is here:

If you query "UCB" and just hit enter you get the following page:
http://www.calstudents.com/reviews/list2.php?school=UCB&course_title=&course_number=&prof_name

On this page you'll see at the top, "Sort By" and Sort Order. The form action for that is:
<form name="form" method="get" action="list2.php">

What happens is it loses the previous query. Try it out and look at the URL at the top. It loses all the other value pairs.

I tried using <? php_self ?> and also tried this (which didn't work):

$PHP_SELF?sort=$sort&sortorder=$sortorderschool=$school&course_title=$course_title&course_number=$course_number&prof_name=$prof_name

I'm really close to getting this to work and this is like the LAST thing that's holding me up. Please help. 🙂

The trick is to create hidden fields with all your pairs inside the form on the second page.

<input type=hidden name=school value=UCB>

etc. Then when you submit the form with order etc the page will still have the variables.
