Anyone into Freelance/Consulting ?

I have been working at a software company for the past year and a half. I have built skills up in most dev. things (PHP, MySQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, Java, Javascript, Apache, Linux, SSL, etc. etc.)

I hear a lot people saying they do freelance/consultanting jobs. This would be perfect. Is there a site I can post my resume to do this or how do you guys go about doing it?
