Daily Hits

Hi. I'm making a topsites script for a client, and he wants me to make a field that has the daily hits of a website. I'm not sure how to do this. I thought of deleting all the records that are lower than time()-86400, but that wouldn't work, because if it was May 29 12:00, May 28 1:00 would still be there.

Try installin webalizer and this and lot more incognito will be solved.
I give my poor hint:
Try exploding the $date and when $exploded[0] changes define a new variable or time frame from this moment on till the next time exploded[0] gets a new value, count the number of hits for this particular time frame.
