Easy retrieve info

If I pull information using a query and only have one row of infomration coming back... and I want to display the information how do i do that. A very simple way of doing it. I know how to display several columns but I just want to do one... And Place them in different parts on the page... Im sorry for this stupid question but im new... php is different from asp which is what I am used to... i said a bad word :-).

I prefer using phplib's template, bit complicated for about 5 minutes but, as with all templates, they separate the presentation layer from the programming.

have a look at www.pcpropertymanager.com/info and www.pcpropertymanager.com/esc/info - the esc version is a bit rough still but all the changes are implemented via the template.
