Tracking any http_referer

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to track any and all users accesing my website. I know I can do it page by page but is it possible to put some coding in (maybe .htaccess) a file where I'd track all users http_referer?!?

one thing i learn is that any thing is possiable only if you really want to do it.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a file like .htaccess to track
http_referer anywhere on a site. Just like .htaccess who can track every single error on a site.
