strange characters ...

Hi all,

I have made a site (http://www.vrijwilligerswerk.be) using PHP, but some visitors are complaining they only see some strange characters on the page. Can someone please confirm this and let me know what is the problem.

I only see a strange language, single characters are well displayed ;-)
