Uploading MP3 files

I am attempting to upload large MP3 files no bigger than 4-5mb but with difficulty...this is the code I use:

@copy("$mp3" , "../music/mp3/$mp3_name")

            or die("Couldn't Upload Your MP3.");

For smaller MP3 files I have no problem, but for larger mp3s the "die" function is invoked...how can I upload these big Mp3 files through forms?

Make sure you have adjusted these two settings in php.ini

upload_max_filesize
post_max_size

to be larger than the largest file you are trying to upload.
