transfer form's datas

how can i transfer form's datas from the one test.php file to the javascript opened window to print result
i tryed include('"test.php"), but this didnt work

You have to change the FORM's target to point to he pop-up. Then, when submitted, it will show the data.

but in that case form's datas will not be submitted to the mysql database, right?

If you make the process of the data in the pop-up, yes. Say you open the pop-up with the script insert.php, wich is made to store the data on the MySQL DB. If the FORM from the other page points here, the data will be taken by the pop-up (insert.php) and processed.
