Read only *%#^ folders???

I just posted something about copy(), but i think ive found my problem

The damn folders it's making are read only!

Why the #%#^%*# are they read only??

I'm running IIS on xp pro, and the folder inheritance thingy is not causing it.

someone help me before I kill my computer!

You usually have to have it CHMOD 777 on most servers. try altering your script to that
