PHP Templates

I am trying to keep templates to one page when doing dynamic rows, but all of the template engines I see want me to use separate files to do dynamic rows. Am I crazy or does anyone have any suggestions or experiences?

FastTemplate has it - BEGIN and END html comments in a static template define dynamic sections.
