Square brackets in form names

I have a select statement in my form that needs square brackets in the name. How do i get these to be passes through, please help 🙂

ie <select name="frm_injclass[]" size="5" multiple class="formField">

[khaine]

You cant use square brackets as part of a name as this is reserved for use with arrays. When you submit the above query it would tell php the an array has been passed called frm_injclass.
