create image

I want to draw line get values from database like dollar values ,I try to use image create function it give error like “Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreate()”
How can I do this, please help me

Iam new to this,i installed php-4.1.2 how can i install GD(iam using IIS server in windows 2000).
