PHP Mail

I can't get PHP Mail to work no matter what I do here is my code and you can view my site at: http://www.gerbilscentral.com the code is on the site just scroll ot the bottom of the page and try to use the mail a friend form.

$msg = "Hey this is $email Check this out... I sent this email because I like to use the following Diablo II website and thought you might also enjoy it. http://www.gerbilscentral.com They have all kinds of Diablo trades and merchandise just for you.";

$subject = "AB Diablo Tradeing Post $email";

mail($to, $subject, $message, "From: [e-mail]\r\n") or die("Couldn't send mail.");

I noticed you have the message to be sent as $msg but call it $message in the script. ALSO you should use quotes on all vars. (ie: mail("$to", "$subject", "$message");

ALSO just a though. for your script. it should be from the person who sent it! May get better response. That is my opinion
