Disable right click & copy funtions

I need to locating a PHP code that will disable the right click and keyboard controls, and not allow anyone to copy images/pages from my website? I know it is out there I have seen it I just can't locate it. Anyone Please Help – Thanks soooooooo much in advance! Lisa

Can't be done from the server (where PHP scripts execute). MUST be done on the client side of the connection with Java or a JavaScript. But do note... some of us keep both Java and JavaScript disabled on our browsers... So, you're gonna need some script detection code to make sure Java and/or JavaScript is enabled on the client.

...and don't forget that if someone really want's the stuff che can go in the cache of the browser and get everything there... it only a to bore people, not really to block them....

Get the image url, goto it, and save it there.

Right, but of course you can use a javascript to display the menu options and use forced frames. That'll take care of disabled js because they can't load the pages. And the view -> source because they see the frames page, and if they try to load the sub page it calls the frames page again. Then again, you can get the frames page source, use an ftp get to grab the sub pages' source code, and then ftp get the images directly. That's where I'd use a cgi script that pulls the images from a dir below the html root instead of direct linking the images. Ftp programs can't typically call those cgi scripts correctly.

Hm... would that satisfy picking "Save [page] as..." off the file menu?

Hmmmm, not sure.
It may, depending on the cgi script.
I haven't really tested against that.
That's probably something also dependant on the version of the browser. I would think that when IE tries to pull that image from the script call it would either pass of fail depending on how the script is setup to display the image.
Something to test when I get home!

HTML Can be Encrypted Beyond being able to even tell its HTML & still work, therefor your html is useless to them. you could also add no right click javascript & add a NO-Praga Tag in your source so the files dont get stored in there cache.

Ya, that sounds like a really smart plugin.
I've seen some stuff that writes directly to the display drivers, giving a gray colored image when a screen cap is done.

I'd love a link to that too.
