PHP form & CLOB data type

Hi every one,
I have a problem posting large document into CLOB data type.

The browser give me this message:

OCIStmtExecute: ORA-01704: string literal too long

Although I have also Oracle Form to the same table and it takes big document normally, What do you think I should do to make php form take also big document.
