Hmm. That's not forwarding, that's URL-rewriting. A server configuration thing.
No it isn't i dont want to set them static on the server cause people can register them selves. it has to be done by a error page in your htaccess file that all i know.. then it has to strip the last part from the url and has to use it then...
Yeah, rewrite the URL. The .htaccess file is what you modify to do that.
