I am new to all this and have never tried writing a script before. All I am trying to do is find a way to let visitors to our site search for data in our MySql dB.
What I would like is for someone to show me a sample script that would search a dB, print out multiple results in a table format, with hyperlinks, so the visitor can click on the exact data they want to see. Then it will need to display another page with all the details on the one item.
We do have our table set up with a primary key id that is auto increment.
If someone would be so kind as to either post or e-mail us a "complete" sample
