ending a hyperlink

How do I end a hyperlink?

echo " <A HREF=\"http://www.uslegacies.com/php/search.htm\"><center><b>Search for another recipe.</b> </center>\n<br>";

This script makes all the words on the next 3 lines of html, as part of the hyperlink. How do I stop it, so only the words "Search for another recipe." are linked?

you need the closing anchor tag </a>...see above....

hey, i noticed you've asked a couple of pretty basic html questions, which is ok but people are going to start getting bitchy since they aren't really php questions ;-) ...you may want to check out one of the many html tutorials online, there's some good ones, do a google or yahoo search.
