how do i add 3 hrs to now()??

i was doing now()+3000 which was working but it stopped working for some unknown reason

It will let me add to hours the old way... as long as it doesn't go over 24 hours. It does not know to just go back to 00:20:36 for 12:20:36 AM... instead it goes to infinite time. Do you know how to fix this anyone?
