Where can I get pre-made web graphics?

Can anyone tell me where can I get some good website templates? I`ve been told that the best ones are on www.web-site-template.com and www.templatemonster.com
Is it really so?

'Cos people like u are supposed to know better than to criticize others for their posts. It is assumed that you have more experience than Alex, and therefore, can help him, in a PHP issue or in others (I've even seen VB ADO posts in this forum) Forums are for helping. I used to do same as you, criticize people for their questions, but now i realize that sometimes people don't know WHERE TO ASK, so they do it here.

It's not because I don't want to help him, but I just wondered why he asks this on a php-forum. There're lot's of forums about site designing and stuff. On a php-forum you have less chance to get a usefull answer.
