Database Admin as web user?

I am attempting to make a back end administratioin interface for a quick little app im writting. Im having a problem with permissions in regards to creating a table in my database. This is most likly because the user running the script is the webserver.

Is there a way around this?
I tried looking at hos Phorum did it, and PhpMyAdmin, but got totaly lost.

Any advice would be great..

Nevermind, I just realized I completely forgot to include my database connection scripts.

No wonder I was getting errors.

Maybe I should wait till I've gotten a bit more sleep.. heh
