I have free web hosting in www.portland.co.uk but they have safe mode=on and when I do a fopen I get that:
Warning: fopen("admin/incs/376386525.inc","w") - The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.
My PHP program depends of fopen
If something know how can I do to use fopen or copy in safe mode tell me please!!!
