Why nothing answer me about fopen?

Hello

I have web hosting but they have safe mode=on and when I do a fopen I get that:

Warning: fopen("admin/incs/376386525.inc","w") - The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.

and when I do chown or chgrp say me the same

If something know how can I do to use fopen or copy in safe mode tell me please!!!

Try using the full path, ie /home/httpd/yoursitename/admin/incs/blah blah blah.inc

just an idea, otherwise you may need a new host.
