Here's my best guess.

[A-Z]
It's looking for any letter between A and Z,
+
and
[a-zA-Zñ.\" & Chr$(34) & "]
a through z, A-Z (seems redundant) and ñ, and a period, and ASCII charachter number 34 (whatever that is), though that last part, I can't verify. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
