Mysql Permission restriction to users

Hi,

I have installed mysql in my linux system,

I want clients to connect to there databases remotely, but I want to restrict the clients to use only there databases, and also they can't be able to view other clients database or use them,

how do I go about this Please do assist thanks

You can specify the username and password when connecting to the MySQL database. Get those off the user when they log in, and use them in the mysql_connect() function call.
