document a website

I have to document a website in its full detail. I have not developed the website yet. I first want to have document which decribes the website to its fullest (links, flows, et al).
Can someone provide links/ tutorials which kinda explains the steps, rules to document a website. A sample document would be most helpful.

hi - this isn't really a PHP question, which is why you probably haven't received any answers. try searching google for 'web specification' or 'specification document' or something like that... or, if you're at georgetown, there have got to be some examples floating around there (maybe as part of as cs curriculum or in the library?) good luck, eric
