PHP/MYSQL Problem

Sorry to bother you guys but i have a bit of a problem!

I am writing an advanced search page to display showrooms by their location, I managed that but now advanced functionality is required, I have 2 tables, 1 stores counties and their neighbouring 8 counties, the other stores the dealer information, After Ive queried the first table i need to then query the second using the counties that were pulled from the first table, I have planed a couple of different methods of doing this but the code is long and messy, does anyone have any suggestions???

Use a join statement.
something like

SELECT TABLE_ONE.date_dir,TABLE_ONE.name,TABLE_ONE.score,TABLE_ONE.votes,TABLE_TWO.TITLE,TABLE_TWO.SLOT FROM (TABLE_ONE INNER JOIN TABLE_TWO ON TABLE_ONE.cam_id = TABLE_TWO.SLOT)

of course this is just something i was using so you would need to redo it so it goes along with your table structure.
