multiple records in one form

Hi,

I have script that works perfectly for adding one record, but how can I change it so I can add 9 records with one form?

OK, So far I have tried something with arrays, but is it possible to include 2 variables in one foreach() ?

When I nest them, I obviously get 81 records instead of 9
