Can you Draw Graphic in php within a ?

Can you draw a picture in an embed html page?
I try to draw a picture, work good if that page is only for that picture, but when I tried in webpage with embed html, it doesn't show the picure right.

The php script to make the imgase for example image.php must only output an image..

for example...
