I have two frames: a top and a bottom. The top will act as the web page and in the bottom I want to mimic Internet explorers status loader (you know the blue bar that getts bigger as the page loads and then stops when the page is completely loaded; similar to a Flash loader) as well as some tools of my own.
How would I go about doing this?
I imaging I would have to get the size of the page I am requesting and divide by the users connection speed, or something like that.
How is this possible?
