SQL help

Dear sir,

   i am the web master of a Leads providing company.

I need a help for you. Please spend few Seconds here for me.

we haev 2 servers one for WEB and one for Data.the data server is 430GB RAID level 5 WIN2000 server. in that i had installed MSSQL 7.0. and loaded 20 million records on the databse.

The problem is.. the SQL server is getting STOPed automatically. i don't know the reson. when no user is on the web site.. its keep running .. for some resons, its getting stopped automatically when the customers accesed the web site.

I am expecting the Helping hands from you. Please mail the possible causes for this.

are you getting any warnings such as....it has exceeded its maximum count time? or is it just stopping and not doing what's its supposed to?
