it means two headers have been sent out or some thing ... are you using headers or sessions ?

You should show a sample of your code, it would make it easier to find the error.

But it may be where you are printing from PHP to the browser before you get to your web page headers ( etc..)

You are calling the header() function after output has already been sent. You must call the header function first before anything is sent to the browser (including whitespace). You can use output buffering to work around this.
