php snippet to "Bust-Out-Of-Frameset"

hi - i need a way to break out of a frameset -

we have an ecomm app we are serving in a frameset --

once we get to the log on page ans ssl area of the site -

i need to show the secure url in the browser address bar -

i have a javascript but on bage reload or back we loose session id ---

any suggestion on how we can "target" top or get out of frame ???
