Layers in IE using PHP

Hi!

I have n interesting query.... i know its possible to use layers using Dhtml. But is it posible to do it using PHP?

What i want to be able to do is this... simply code a form or something, and put it on a leyer over everything else.... but i dont want to use a popup box..

is there anyway to do this?

PHP is a server-side language. Layers and HTML obejcts are client-side. Dhtml is a client-side language. You can use PHP to program the HTML that will be displayed. And yes, you can code any HTML or JS into PHP. But remember that PHP is not executed on the browser (client), but on the server.

Yup true that. You could also do an <iframe> that would also be a way that it coudl be done. I have used those many times with PHP. Always keep in mind that PHP is back-end and not front-end. Lata!
