Pre-filling in email

Hi,

Looked around but didn't find what I needed. What I want to do is have an email link on my page that when clicked on will pop up the email form partially filled out. The areas filled out will be the 'To:', 'Subject', and in the 'Body' Hi Mike,

Here's an example;

<i> e-mail <a href="mailto:[e-mail]?Subject=Tech Manuals">[e-mail]</a></b></i>

All of the above works up to the 'Hi Mike,' at which point the cursor is left blinking in the body. I just one little piece. :0)
