Check for Column Differences

I have been busting my brain about this one, hope someone can help.

I have 2 tables within the same MySQL database. Within these 2 tables, I have school number (unique indexed field) in both. I was to somehow write a script that will do a SELECT statement from both tables (only the school number) and check them, and display only the school numbers that are NOT in both tables.

you could "load" each table in a array ($array1 and $array2 for example). AN dthen use array_diff() and it return an array which will cotain the stuff you need.
