what do you want your array elements to contain ? I presume you want each element to hold a word document file name... hopefully you dont want the actuall content of a word document in an array 🙂
every line is a index in the awrray
But Word documents are not simply "text files"
I don't see too what you want to do, but may be you need to first extract the "brut text" from the Word file, before trying to put that in an array ?
you will have to write quite a bit of code to clean up the word document first (strip out all words formatting) .... good luck.... I sure would not like that job. :-)
