Cookie doesn't expire.

Hi All,

I'm setting my cookie by:

setcookie ('something', $somevariable, time()+30, '/', '', 0); //30 second test cookie

And checking it by:

if (isset ($something)) {}

It works great..problem is, after 30 seconds..the cookie info is still retrieved.
Why doesn't that cookie expire?

setcookie ("something", $variable, time()+7200);

thats set for 2 hours

Have you tried to close the browser and restart it?

Thats what is was. Closing the browser and opening it again.

Ok...I got the expire problem fix, but now, once the browser that created the cookie is closed and a new browser is opened...the cookie isn't being read.
If the browser that created the cookie stays open, then no problem when going back to the site.
Any ideas?
