top.location.replace('somthing.htm')

Hi!

I am trying to break out of frames using:
top.location.replace('somthing.htm')

The code above sends IE 5.0 into a loop. It works on version higher than IE 5.0 Is there a know bug in IE 5 and if there is does anyone know how to break out of frames in IE 5.

I would use top.location.href = "something.htm"
