sessions

hi,
i have used this board b4 adn i have got help. im hopin some bright person out there can understand what im trying to saya nd help me out.
i am using sessions and i have this question.. does using session_start() in all pages have any effect on the loading of the page? bcos, i find that sometimes the page takes ages to load. literally, it jas keeps loadin forever. is there something wrong that im doin or what. let me know guys.

I am useing session_start() on more than one page and it works fine, I only have it at the top of each page not multiply through them though not sure how you have yours set up I can email you what I have if you like. Send me an email if you would like this.
