can't submit form

I am trying to insert info into Access db using PHP code. But When I hit the submit button the form page doesn\'t go to the next page, which is a PHP file. Why?

check the forms ACTION and METHOD properties

They are correct. There might be some problem when install the PHP but I don't know which one.

two possible reasons?

1) the button was set up as regular button not submit button.

2) did you use some javascript to submit the form. some submit scripts are not working for all browsers.

you may want to hide the security inforamtion in your codes and cut and paste the form codes to post here to get help.
